Realistic Ethics for Our Complex World
Complexities are everywhere: be they our own, those of other people and those of the world. To address them, new concepts and disciplines are regularly emerging. All come with the promise of “putting the Human dimension at the heart of corporations”.
Yet, in the field, with an increasing number of people being burnt out, bored out or browned out, is the Human dimension really at the heart of corporations? No. And every unfair situation is a proof that no discipline can manage the complexities of an organisation alone.
There lies the challenge for every manager: How do you manage these complexities? Meeting this challenge becomes possible when you choose to follow the only way that is fair: the way of the Explorer.
