As a child, the Will to be Fair leads us to want to be a doctor or a fireman. Yet, as an adult, we sometimes lose sight of it.
Why is that? Because complexities - be they our own, those of other people and those of the world – put us daily to the test. The challenge, therefore, is about finding how each of us can access this Will to be Fair.

Realistic Ethics for Our Complex World
Complexities are everywhere: be they our own, those of other people and those of the world. To address them, new concepts and disciplines are regularly emerging. All come with the promise of “putting the Human dimension at the heart of corporations”.
Yet, in the field, with an increasing number of people being burnt out, bored out or browned out, is the Human dimension really at the heart of corporations? No. And every unfair situation is a proof that no discipline can manage the complexities of an organisation alone.
