Ethics already exists within each of us, nestled in what makes you and me a human being: the Will to be Fair.
As a child, the Will to be Fair leads us to want to be a doctor or a fireman. Yet, as an adult, we sometimes lose sight of it.
Why is that? Because complexities - be they our own, those of other people and those of the world – put us daily to the test. The challenge, therefore, is about finding how each of us can access this Will to be Fair.
Only through the spoken or written word can each Manager - and each of us - make or break an ethical climate. Period.
